I put in a Yelp request for the pricing on a toilet installation. I heard back from a few places. Hector responded quickly and was able to schedule the job almost immediately although I ended up waiting a few days because the toilet we wanted at the price we wanted was not available immediately. Quote was not the lowest, but much less than a lot of other places, and it included removal and hauling away of the old toilet. Then, without asking, after I said I was purchasing it from Home Depot, they offered to pick up the toilet from the store at no additional cost. So with picking up the toilet and hauling away the old toilet, the price was as good if not better then the lower quotes which did not include these services. I received a text this morning that the toilet was at Home Depot ready to be picked up and texted Hector. Within a few hours I was told Jesler would be arriving in five minutes Jesler was a very nice young man, who arrived in a clean van in a clean uniform, brought the toilet up, replaced it, and took the old toilet away and left the place spotless. He also installed the old toilet seat that I had just purchased, which is a better one than the one provided with the toilet. I highly recommend Cali Plumbing, their service, pricing, availability, and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any future plumbing jobs.

Hector was my estimator and after talking with me and answering a lot of questions provide a bid within a few hours of his visit. It wasn’t the most expensive bid nor was it the least expensive but it was the bid the provided me with the best tankless water heater available today. To my surprise Hector and crew were my knowledgeable installers. They were fast, efficient, and left the space cleaner than they found it. They did some demolition also and we’re going to do dry wall but I ask them to wait on that. I will certainly use Cali in the future as other issues arise. My neighbor saw their work and ask Hector for an estimate before he left my job. Ken K

I’m currently getting my roof done and I had pipes exposed over my roof going from one side to another for 25 feet. I contacted Cali Plumbing and Rooter and talked to Hector on Friday night. He gave me the best quote and was also very professional. On Saturday morning he was at my house with Brandon to rerun the pipes below the roof. They were great. They cut out slots through 2x4’s so the pipes are now covered. They also used metal shields to protect the pipes and padding to protect the pipes. They knocked out the job in about 4 hours. No leaks and I finally got rid of the eyesore running across the front side of the house. Thanks Brandon and Hector. I appreciate the hard work.

Last week our 4 story, 30 unit building had a blocked pipe which cause a leak from level 2 into the unit below. We called Cali Plumbing to come inspect and they were able to determine our problem immediately. Michael, the technician they sent out was very thorough and explained the situation in a easy to understand manner. Even though it was Labor Day weekend Michael and Fortino spent the entire day in our garage hydrojetting all the horizontal lines. After 7 hours of grinding they finished the job and Fortino did an excellent job at cleaning the horrendous mess. At the end of the day, the blockage in our pipes had been cleared and all the residents were able to enjoy the rest of the Labor Day weekend. Thanks to Cali Plumbing for coming out during this heatwave and 3 day weekend. I would definitely recommend Cali Plumbing to my friends and family.
