Super great experience with Frankie @ Pro Plumbers! I was working on a project to replace our dishwasher, so I needed to turn off its water supply to remove the hose under the sink at the pipe. The handle/knob of the angle shut-off valve came completely OFF! Literally tore off beyond the screw – not good! Luckily the valve and pressure held (no leaking!), but I needed to get the valve replaced or the pipe capped. I was able to get an appointment on the same day and they were able to come hours earlier than planned (they notified me as well to make sure it was OK). Frankie explained everything professionally. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He expertly got the valve replaced, he cleaned up, and he made sure to test everything for leaks and function. Frankie is a master of his craft and I would definitely use them again! Thanks guys.

Thank you for the opportunity to share my testimony about Frankie and how amazing team!!! Frankie is down to earth and really cares about his customers. He really is the “neighborhood plumber”! We had a water leak that has spread throughout the main parts of our home. We had never had this type of experience, so it was scary to say the least, but Frankie assured us that he would take care of it and that he did!! We felt like family! He came the same day we discovered the leak, he has alliances with a restoration company and they came out the same night to get the dryers going. We weren’t inconvenienced at all during this entire process. Other than the areas that need paint, you would never know we ever had a water leak!! Awesome! We also have a new water system! I drank out of the faucet for the first time on my lifetime!! Also, the water is so soft on our skin, I instantly felt the difference. Frankie recommended what he himself has in his home. We trusted his recommendation and we LOVE the outcome! We are thankful and grateful for Frankie! I wish I could give a 10 star rating, that’s how we feel. He has customers for life!!
