I am Margaret’s handyman, aka handyman of the desert, and due to the scope of Margaret’s backed up sewer system, we both agreed to find a more qualified person or company to assess the situation. I called 1 person supposed plumber and he wanted me to go rent a self feed power snake then he would come out with his camera for $500 , I called another plumbing company and it was basically the same response and I’ve already snaked that system and rented the equipment once. Coincidentally, I saw a valley plumbing truck just a few houses down from my client’s house. I called Valley plumbing And the guy I spoke with was amazingly and extremely kind, polite, and professional, Not to mention extremely understanding. She said an assessment cost would be $68 and would apply to repair if we chose to move forward once her Plumber named Oscar. I was at my clients home when Oscar arrived immediately both my client and myself felt good vibes from Oscar. He absolutely 100% was confident. In himself, his processes, his knowledge and how to go about and start his assessment. No being a semi retired 60s year-old man I obviously do not have do the cost or access to the equipment that Valley plumbing and Oscar have not to mention the knowledge and experience beyond the toilet. So from yesterday forward because of our experience with Valley, plumbing and Oscar for me and my handyman business will never ever choose anyone else for assistance, guidance and positive knowledgeable assistance in any of my future plumbing issues and my client Margaret will never choose anyone else either than valet plumbing and Oscar. I had to run to another Client’s home yesterday while Oscar did his work and assessment and pull my returning. He was just leaving and both Margaret and myself were sleepless over this issue knowing that it could be a very huge project and expensive.. The gentleman that I called originally who wanted $500 to bring his camera out I know for a fact was not the same equipment that valet plumbing and Oscar have but he did ask me three times if we had the $500 to pay him. And that’s the problem today in this valley the elderly, I prayed upon by so-called Professionals. That’s where I come in I will assess the situation or project and do not talk cost until I know that I have either done the same kind of work or in capable of doing the work successfully then will discuss cost with my clients. So to my surprise, Oscar had used his high tech equipment, which includes a camera at no charge and also was equipped with a device that detects where the snake was in the ground.. The end result was the clog was identified From above ground plants that lead out to the backyard and not to the street. And Oscar identified with his camera and detector exactly where the clog was and explained to Margaret and myself what to do what to use and how to maintain the system going forward.. In the total cost out-of-pocket for everything Oscar did was $352 I will mention this again, The camera was no charge And I didn’t even have to sneak the system first Oscar handled that. So if anybody takes a minute to read this review, Valley plumbing is the best company in this valley And Oscar is one of their best technicians. Oscar looks sounds and appears to be a Employee whose desire is to be the best at what he does. So valley plumbing? You guys are the best Challenge is going to be hanging onto and taking care of Oscar. Because I believe this is a young man Own and operate his own plumbing business in his valley In the years to come. So take care of him while you can. Or maybe he’ll become part owner of Valley Plumbing. Anyway, my client is absolutely ecstatically happy Removed the weight off of both of our shoulders As we both lost sleep over this issue Thank you, Valley plumbing and thank you, Oscar You are the greatest combination and Margaret and myself both Appreciate you and will be Your clients for as long as we are in this valley!

Friendly and professional. From the 1st call to the completion of the work was amazing. I might have paid more then somewhere else but they worked at getting me the best price and it was worth every penny. They removed the hair from the tub drain. (No snake, no charge) Oscar even got a cap out of my mom's drain at no extra cost. Above & beyond. I'd rather pay more for old school local family friendly (small & growing businesses) professionals then detached big corp companies that would have charged for every little thing and recommend the big fix instead of a simple fix. Thanks again! 100% recommend

not sure why here on google maps this business got 4.8 stars while on yelp only got 3.1, which I think yelp is more accurate, I assume google takes money to delete bad reviews. I had a terrible experience with Valley Plumbing and will not use them again. My bathtub faucet was broken and couldn’t be shut off, so I called Valley Plumbing for the first time. They responded quickly and sent a technician within about 3 hours, which I appreciated. However, when the technician arrived, he diagnosed the issue as a faulty cartridge but admitted he was not familiar with this type of Roman single-handle faucet. He even consulted his supervisor, who also seemed unfamiliar with it. Then, he told me that they would need to remove the cartridge to check if they could find a replacement, but they would charge me $176 just for taking it out—without any guarantee of finding a compatible part or knowing how much the replacement would cost. I found this completely unreasonable and asked if they could check with their office to waive this charge, especially since they weren’t even sure they could fix the issue. But the technician insisted that the $176 had to be paid upfront before doing anything. Essentially, they expected me to pay for nothing. I refused and asked him to leave. This felt like a money grab—charging customers without even being sure they can fix the problem. Definitely will not be using them again!

Oscar did a great job and I was impressed from the initial appointment (same day) , assessment of the problem to fully resolving the multiple issues. One call was all I needed to solve my plumbing issues. Fixed my Dripping broken faucet, replaced the 20 year old leaking garbage disposal and also cleaned out a clogged bathroom sink. All good now, plus pricing was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Valley plumbing for anyone needing fast and reliable plumbing services. - Mark
