Looking for a plumber can be tough nowadays, but Hilario G. over at Cali Plumbing exceeded my expectations and made sure my project was done to the best of his abilities. Once we agreed to the work to be done Hilario went above and beyond. He assured me of what needed to be done and how it needed to be done. Whenever I had a question he thoroughly explained the next course of action leaving me at ease with him on the project. I had quite the bad clog going on, and a sink that was falling apart on me. Hilario brought my sink area back to life, replacing the faucet and garbage disposal as well (to include getting rid of some terrible previous owner fixes). Then he set me up with a full house water filtration system (that just left me in awe when I look at it). Thank you again Hilario for taking care of each challenge that came about while knocking this project out. I wouldn’t hesitate to call and request him again for my future work.

I can’t express my satisfaction with Aaron from California plumbing. He was transparent, courteous, and fair in pricing in addition to his excellent customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable in replacing valves for a bathroom remodel and did it so fast! He showed up early for the appointment time and answered all questions related to the project. Review – California Plumbing SD "Hot Spot in Floor" My story has two heroes: California Plumbing and my little kitty named Shoji. I noticed that my furry gray friend had suddenly found a new favorite place to lay on the floor. She had discovered a luscious warm spot on the carpet in my workroom, and there she laid. It was her way of warning me about the problem. Cats have a way of communicating, you know. For her it was new-found comfort; for me quite the contrary. It turned out that the warmth was coming from a hot-water leak in the concrete slab. My water heater began running round-the-clock and my latest water bill showed a sudden surge in usage. I called my go-to plumber, California Plumbing. They said there was probably a leak in the 57-year-old slab. That kind of leak is not uncommon in old houses, they informed me. They also said it is urgent to stop that leak ASAP, noting that water companies have been known to shut off the house water if large leaks remain unattended. With that, I arranged for California Plumbing to come out to inspect and ultimately repair the leak. The strategy was not to tear out the carpeting and jackhammer the slab but to surgically re-rout the pipe. They cut it off at the water heater and ran a new pipe from there to the kitchen through the attic, thereby isolating the broken segment forever. I was fortunate to have both Aaron, the owner, and his able assistant, Jaedon, working on the repair. In just four short hours, they had completed the task, including climbing into the tight attic to rout the new pipe. The water heater no longer runs non-stop. The water meter at the curb revealed that there was no water running when it shouldn’t. And for that, I breathed a sigh of relief. Poor Shoji is not so happy, but I’m confident, she’ll get over it.
