An excellent service. Genuinely thought I would have to run to Home Depot and purchase a whole new toilet because of my roommates accidentally flushing objects into the toilet. HOWEVER, this friendly and welcoming service quickly became my hero and saved my restroom. The requested plumber walked inside, greeted all of my roommates, shook our hands, reassured us that it will all be okay, and went to work. He was completely transparent with the amount of time the work would take & we planned accordingly. I watched over his work on our toilet & he remained welcoming the entire time. He connected to me dearly, asking how my family was, how my studies in college have been, and how I am enjoying California in comparison to my home state. I genuinely felt connected to the man as if he was my long lost friend since he held so much interest within my life. He wished me the best with my studies & gave me life-changing advice. After completing, he made sure to mop the whole restroom, added great scents to our toilet, and made sure to notify all of us. Not only is this service a 2000/10 service but it is one of the most human experiences I have had in my years. Wishing the best to this service and I am encouraging everyone to enjoy this service as much as I did. I definitely know who I am calling next time an object is stuck in my restroom!

He responded almost instantly, and their pricing was GREAT compared to two other companies that quoted me outrageous rates for fixing cracked pipes in my bathroom.
