Our home started April 2025 with no water one morning, and PC Plumbing had other good/informative reviews. Adam arrived just as scheduled - his work was organized, good quality & efficient. He was personable & friendly without being overly-familiar, answered our questions very helpfully, & wasn't pushy about other services PC Plumbing was skilled to do later or on the current job. Also good troubleshooting skills - our buried water pressure regulator failed, but after that fix & water flow into the house was still mysteriously very low, he puzzled out that the water softener was also having issues, instead of spending more time & money digging up a swath of the front yard. We ended up bypassing that system instead of replacing that section of water pipes for the moment (water softener replacement is on the to-do-in-summer list). The next morning water flow was back, noticeably better than before, especially upstairs! When a pressure regulator & softener slowly deteriorate for years the effects just become part of daily life.
