I am so happy with this company!!! We had an urgent plumbing need. Karen took our call and she was very kind and understanding of our situation. They were able to come within hours of my call. They provided text updates regarding our technicians ETA. When he was on his way, I received a text with his photo so I felt safe and confident about who was coming. Jason was our technician. He greeted us with his card, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He explained everything, fixed the issue and we have peice of mind with the warranty. We are so grateful. I will definitely recommend!

We came across this company a few years ago and have used them for repairs/services ever since (I believe the last one was our water heater replacement). Making an appointment is super easy and they always explain the process over the phone. Every plumber that we've had has been amazing and has done an excellent job! Pricing is always fair, appointments have always been on time, workmanship is amazing, and they are very honest about any repairs. Hugo was our plumber today and replaced our regulator and our water pressure is so nice now! Please thank him for us! They did a great job today! :)

I called Bob the Plumber because my friend recommended them. The Gas Company replaced my regulator and supposedly I had a leak on my side of the meter. I had quotes from 3 other plumbers for $350 -$450. I thought that was unreasonable just to unscrew pipes and screw them back together. When Matt from Bob’s came out, he was very nice. He stated he was going to give me a good deal because he liked me. He gave me a quote of $2000! I thought to myself what would he have quoted if he didn’t like me. I questioned the quote because he stated he did not have to add or replace any parts. He also stated it would take less than two hours to do the work. So he wanted $1000 per hour for labor. On what planet does this work? I said, “No thank you”. What a ripoff, do not use Bob the Plumber!
