Allbritten Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical

Both units of our 26-year old system had already faltered several times despite good annual maintenance. Even with efficient solar panels, our power bill was high. We called in late April, before the heat. Alejandro was on time, pleasant, thorough, communicative and efficient for our initial inspection and meeting. James met with us for our second meeting and went over our options and what to expect, without any pressure. We made the decision to replace both of the old units and seal the system once installed. We really appreciate that the company sends a photo of the person we are expecting, and then a phone call well in advance of arrival time. Steven and all his installation team were professional, communicative, and courteous. It was a big job. They cleaned up at the end of each day and explained the new equipment and controllers, including walking me through downloading the optional app that lets us control the system from our phones. We are really enjoying our new, quieter and much more efficient system. 10 on customer service!! Thank you Allbritten team!

Eden was really thorough and gave me good understanding about what’s wrong with my unit. He was very helpful in doing that. Steven, Mason and Jeremiah did a superb job replacing my unit and making sure my duct work was functioning perfectly. Steven was very good about communicating how the job was going through out their work and they cleaned up everything really good. The Arrowseal treatment they performed was amazing and I’m so stoked to have full confidence in my unit working efficiently for years to come. Thank you Allbritten!

Date: 4/22/2025 Prices: Fair/Competitive 9/10 (Had one quote lower than them out of the 5 company I had quote the job) Communication: 10/10 Customer Service: 10/10 I just had a customer supplied heat pump water heater installation job with them, and have worked with 4 of their people. Jake (Electrician), Josh (Plumber who quoted the job), Alfonso (Plumber who installed the WH), and Ryan (Project Manager?). The scope consisted of installing a new subpanel since my existing panel was maxed out. And then installing a disconnect line next to the water heater. After that it was removing an old 40 Gal Gas Water Heater and replacing it with a 65 Gal Hybrid Water Heater. Working with the 4, I can tell that they are competent and know what they are doing. Along with knowing how to do their jobs well, they are also great communicators as they, built and established rapport, kept me in the loop, returned phone calls, answered questions and all sorts of other customer service/communication examples I can't think of ATM. The quality in their work definitely shows that they have pride in what they do at every step of the process. From coming out to quote the jobs, communication leading up to the job and even following up after the job. They are great. Would recommend! Shout out to Brandon who came and gave me a quote for AC.
