Couldn’t attend hygienist or dental appointment as was in hospital, so my 2 x deposit payments were retained by the clinic with no offer to rearrange. Somewhat unsympathetic so left me unimpressed.

Fatima is a very competent and knowledgeable hygienist, but for the last two visits I’ve had to wait in the waiting room for over 30 mins which if you are nervous is not very helpful. It turned out Fatima was free and could have seen me earlier. I think they have to work out some way of letting the dentist or hygienist know you are there and waiting.

Very happy with treatment Sona and Marie provided for me! They explain everything really well and they are so very patient and calm,so efficient too. I've been living in UK for a while and looking for the same quality of dental care that I had back home. Thanks to City Dental I have that!
