If your pets are family members to you and are looking for a vet clinic, look no further than Northhill Animal Hospital. From the first time I phoned, every phone call and visit since, every single staff member has been fantastic. They are friendly, kind, caring, understanding, supportive, knowledgeable, dedicated and willing to go above and beyond to help you to give your fur babies the absolute best care available. We had to find a new clinic after being with our vet for 30 years. We had an excellent relationship with our previous vet and the staff, they had become like family to us. We didn’t know if we would ever be able to find the same level of support, care, trust and comfort again. We are extremely grateful to have found it with the staff at Northhill. Aman, Alyssa, Brenda, Justin, Ashley, Dr. Steve and Dr. Cini have been incredible and we know that the staff members we have yet to meet will be equally amazing.

Our dog is a new patient of Dr. Steve's and we had our first visit last week and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Dr. Steve was incredibly kind, professional and made both me and Kobe feel completely at ease. He took the time to answer my questions and showed such genuine care and compassion. We were recently referred to North Hill Animal Clinic with our sick dog Hudson, as our normal vet was unavailable. We were seen almost immediately and learned that our dog had massive internal bleeding, possibly caused by cancer. Without hesitation the vet immediately began in depth diagnosis and informed us that he was very sick, and we could see he was de compensating very rapidly. Surgery was discussed, but we didn’t think he was a candidate due to his fragile condition. The difficult decision was made to euthanize Hudson, so we contacted our vet to assist us. We explained the severity of. The situation as well as the fact that Hudson was very sick, weak, and having difficulty breathing. We were told that no one was available to assist us, and further to that, no other assistance was offered, or any attempt to follow up. (Please see my review regarding Bolton Veterinary Hospital) We called North Hill Animal Hospital, and they quickly responded and were able to accommodate us almost immediately. The staff and vets made our experience as comfortable as they could, ensuring that Hudson was cared for and treated like a family member throughout the process. We have attended the clinic twice since to cover off some administrative items and in both cases the staff have been kind and compassionate to us. Losing our Hudson was devastating, but North Hill Animal Clinic really stepped up and did their best to help us navigate this difficult time. We have chosen them to look after our next furry family member. Thank you again to the staff!!

Such an amazing vet clinic! Brenda is truly amazing and thank you to dr Steve as well for helping us over the phone in an emergency when we are so far away. We been coming here for years now with our dog capo and everyone there I have so say is such amazing honest people. Everyone who works their more truly cares about your pets well being!
