I made the switch because I felt my first vet was too scared to touch my shiba and give thorough assessments, mind you I muzzle her to avoid her biting the staff. But the doctor here is not scared and he explains what’s happening with my girl. I also really like that it’s a professional learning environment here. I had two peers from my school who came here to learn and now they’re off continuing their practice, so I really trust this place. A bonus is that their clinic cat, Pepsi is just the sweetest cat and he quite literally hugs you upon visit haha.
ASHOK WAGHELAVisited this clinic for the first time. Dr. Meet was very kind and patient with my dog — I’d definitely recommend seeing him! However, the front-desk experience could use improvement. There was miscommunication even after confirming things twice, and the overall client handling felt a bit unorganized. The staff seemed short-handed and not very professional in their communication, which ended up costing us extra. Overall, it was a good experience mainly because Dr. Meet managed both- good client and pet care, but the clinic team could really benefit from improving their communication, attentiveness, and professionalism.
