Our experience with Brisdale Animal Hospital was outstanding! Dr. Deepa Saggar and her team took amazing care of our dog Dobby during his surgery to remove a foreign object. From start to finish, they were professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They kept us informed the whole time and treated Dobby like their own. Thanks to them, he’s doing so much better now! I’m so grateful for their support and highly recommend Dr. Saggar and the entire team at Brisdale Animal Hospital to any pet owner.

The staff here are very kind and clearly care about animals. Dr Deepa, the owner, does not care about your pet, only your money. And she will use any means or scare tactic to get it. As much as I want to tell you not to go here and give her more revenue, I don’t want these actual good people out of jobs. If you must go, book an apt with Dr Shahbaz Dhindsa for an honest assessment. We will not be going to this clinic again and regret giving her thousands of dollars this past week only for her to traumatize us and delay the immediate treatment (antibiotics) my cat needed. Editing to add context - When I took my ill cat to see her last week, Dr Deepa did not know the issue and ran many tests. She said his condition is serious and to be prepared that anything can happen. I asked if it could be cancer, and she said an ultrasound is needed to confirm. She only gave pain meds and insulin. I cried for days. She called today to inform me that the ultrasound was booked for this Thursday. Did not mention the price. Before she could hang up, I asked if she received the urinalysis results. She says, oh yes, he has an infection and will need to take antibiotics. I cannot fathom why she did not start with this news and may have intended to omit it altogether. She did not even say to come ASAP to pick up the meds, just that it could be done on Thursday. Why wait? Because he could be better by Thursday and may not need the ultrasound? We went immediately to get the antibiotic injection for my cat and had the honest doctor review his X-Ray report. He did not feel an ultrasound was necessary at this point and that we can see how he responds to antibiotic treatment within two weeks. We then discovered that the ultrasound was $900, and everything clicked. If you value your sanity and your pet’s wellbeing, do not put your pet in her care.

He had to undergo surgery to remove a foreign object, and Dr. Deepa Saggar and her team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They took such great care of him, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Dobby recovered so well thanks to their expertise and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Deepa Saggar and her team for anyone looking for truly caring and professional veterinary service!
