Thank you. I really enjoying paying $1805 a month in rent, listening to the valet trash service make 8 trips to the dumpster at 11pm, hearing to trash company at 6am weekdays and 4:30 Saturdays, deal with smokers outside in a no smoking complex, deal with additional trash company picking up overflow trash because company won't install large enough dumpster and cheap toilets that don't flush properly and waste water. But don't bring up to Murfreesboro corporate or local management. Corporate does not return phone calls and local management will just state they can't control vendors. But God forbid I park my boat on the parking lot for two days and threatened with tow service. We are moving this year and it can't come too soon. It is ridiculous the amount of tenant expectations placed by management, but ask them for assistance with vendor issues and receive excuses. In addition, I have studied complex rental prices for two years. Prices fluctuates monthly. This company is about price gouging due location, not about reasonable rent.

Their property Westbury Farms is something else. If you never have to go to the office for anything, GOOD…try to keep it that way. They lie unprovoked. I talked to the property manager about being released from my lease and what my options were. I didn’t mind just breaking it but if I could save myself the money and help them keep a filled apartment, then that was preferable. The property manager told me what I could do and then when time came, just completely did a 180. I wanted to get out of my lease because I needed to go out of state for a few months for a training program at my job that would lead to a promotion. I officially added a roommate to the lease with the documentation to show he makes enough to be on the lease himself so the complex didn’t have to worry about flipping an apartment and finding a new resident (the rental economy is crazy so I thought I was doing a good deed) for the last bit of my lease and then come back to this place and get a 2 bedroom apartment (I wanted to move apartments for more space but also bc my building—building C—has roaches {I have pics} and they found 3 snakes in one week in that area so I wanted to try another building with the hope that it was just the area and my neighbors in that specific building that was causing those issues and pray for the best. They approved my roommate when applying to officially be added to the lease saying everything was good but when it was time to release me, all of a sudden his financial information didn’t add up—financial info being sufficient paystubs AND bank statements—on top of a background check that he supposedly passed to have gotten approved less than a month earlier. So, that didn’t add up to me. I could have just broken the lease in the first place. Because then I wouldn’t have had to stress traveling back and forth from here to CA to try to sort business. So after taking a second to take in all that was happening and for the weird actions on their part alone, I just ended up breaking the lease because I’m not about to be put through the wringer to try to assist my apparently once credible roommate to stay with a slumlord. I just asked him to find another place asap so I can officially break the lease and be done with all of the nonsense. I would rather just take my business away and spend that same money at a better place. Imagine trying to make people jump through made up hoops to prove to a complex that you can definitely afford to stay at their apartments that don’t offer pest control, don’t do apartment inspections to avoid infestations since they don’t offer pest control, have maintenance that admits that there is a “snake issue” (exact words) that the complex does nothing to try to contain (which is totally doable to minimize SNAKE issues) and gaining more of a roach problem everyday—PLEASE go by the real reviews (their highly rated reviews on google are definitely fake, I advise to always look at apartments lowest rated reviews bc that’s where you will find the truth) check out yelp, apartment ratings, etc. too. All of that is in addition to the awful business practices going on there. When I moved in, I asked if I could view the apartment before moving in (they have you sign in the lease that you’ve viewed the apartment first btw) and they said I can do it on move-in day (which happens and that’s fine but they should remove that little part out of the lease) but then I asked about any pest issues SPECIFICALLY on move-in day for the leasing agent to look me in the eye with an aghast expression while vehemently denying they’ve never had issues with ANYTHING. LIES. Anyways, I’m disappointed in this complex and for sure won’t be returning and will make sure to let everyone I know and come across that this is not the place to stay. I will also be reporting their complex to the city and DHS for avoiding to address unsanitary living situations while charging residents more every year.

I live at Revere at Hidden Creek in Gallatin, TN. I have had a window unit in my brand new apartment for 7 months! There is no air flow to my bedroom. There is no repair in place, just a unit as a simple fix. They are still building this floor plan, knowing there is a major problem with construction. Every apartment with this floor plan has the same problem. Now I have no heat for the winter! This property is very poorly managed. Do not move here. I am leaving as soon as possible. Too expensive if there is no one willing to correct things.
