After multiple infections in a tooth over the course of a year I went to the Goodwood practice for an emergency appointment. The service I received was very good, both from the receptionist and the dentist Aisha, they were both efficient, courteous and professional. After an x-ray of the tooth it became obvious it needed extracting so another appointment was made for that. I was somewhat nervous, anxious and reluctant when it came to the extraction appointment. I need not have been. Aisha was wonderful, she was very calm, reassuring, gentle, professional and kept me fully informed during the whole procedure which she performed excellently. As far as having a tooth extracted can be it was a very good experience from start to finish. Thank you.

Aisha made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process of having my two bottom back teeth extracted during an emergency appointment. I was so nervous and she made the whole experience the best it could be for me, if I could rather her 10 stars I would! Thanks again, amazing job! Would highly recommend!

I had to see a dentist urgently and this clinic accommodated me on the day of my emergency. I had not seen a dentist for close to 7/8 years as I am honestly terrified of them. I saw Aisha Asghar. She was very transparent about what needed to be done and has managed to do what several dentists and clinics have failed to do. Make me feel relaxed, at ease and soothe my anxiety. I needed 3 teeth in a row extracted in the bottom left of my mouth due to my leaving them for to long and I developed a nasty abscess, I was clear about my anxiety and mental health as I have avoided the dentist due to being very sensory and overwhelmed by sounds and sensations. She is the first dentist that asked me to bring headphones and even allowed me to bring a companion during the operation, I left feeling happy that I've actually found a dentist and I am planning on having my entire dentistry needs seen to by her, she is the first dentist who has shown genuine care and empathy for me and I look forward to being able to smile again. I honestly can not thank this practice, or Aisha enough for what they have done not only for my mouth but for my fear of the dentist and lack of confidence. I would encourage anybody with severe anxiety and problems with their oral hygiene to see this practice, especially Aisha. Thank you so much.
