Queen’s Hotel

I had the worst experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. When I requested a fresh towel, I was told to first check the room to see if one was already there. Only after handing over the used towel would they consider giving a new one – absolutely ridiculous. The way the staff spoke to guests was unacceptable – no sense of welcoming or hospitality. I asked for a dental kit, and it was never delivered. Every simple request felt like a burden to them. Breakfast was terrible – the same repetitive items every day with no live counter options. The fruits were already cut and smelt bad, clearly not fresh. Throughout the stay, staff would frequently check the room unnecessarily, making the experience feel intrusive and uncomfortable. Overall, the behavior and service were far below even basic expectations. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

My recent stay at Hotel Westcott was an excellent experience, and a large part of that credit goes to Mr. Pankaj at the reception desk. From the moment I arrived, Pankaj displayed a level of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency that truly stood out. He handled the check-in process seamlessly, addressed every query with patience, and ensured that every detail of my stay was taken care of with utmost attentiveness. What impressed me most was his commitment to guest comfort — he anticipated needs before they were even expressed, maintained a warm yet professional demeanor throughout, and went above and beyond to make the overall experience smooth and pleasant. His ability to manage guests with grace, even during peak hours, reflects both strong leadership potential and a genuine passion for hospitality. Hotel Westcott itself deserves appreciation for maintaining such high standards of service and guest care. The property is exceptionally well-kept, the ambiance is inviting, and the team — led by professionals like Pankaj — truly embodies what modern hospitality should be: efficient, empathetic, and guest-focused.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The overall service was excellent – staff were attentive and quick to help with any requests. I would especially like to appreciate Saurabh from the housekeeping team. He went above and beyond to make sure the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. His polite and professional attitude really stood out and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for both the quality of service and the dedication of its staff!
