The staff are so polite, friendly and helpful. We are impressed how the bell boy explained everything in the room. We will definitely go back to this hotel soon. The good reviews are same as you see in the hotel as well as the staff. Hotel advantage is the person who answers the phone inquiry. Actually that’s the main reason why we decided to book in this hotel. He is very polite and professional compared to the other popular hotels. Stayed 5 nights recently. PROS: - World-class service from front desk, housekeeping, bellmen, and restaurant staff at this property. Very polished and professional team. - Outstanding fried chicken from the restaurant. - Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. - Excellent wifi and air conditioning. - Very quiet, terrific sound-proofing. - Very close to the Metro, and easily accessible to the bus station for Abu Dhabi. - Some people may not like the working-class neighbourhood, but I personally loved the vibe outside the hotel. Non-stop activity, very unique! CONS: - First room for 4 nights was a little dated and dirty (cobwebs near shower, peeling paint on walls, sink faucet in washroom didn’t work properly and the drain plug was broken, lots of dust under and around the bed, etc). Second room during second stay was much cleaner. - Hand soap and body lotion bottles were almost empty upon arrival in room one. - Had requested extra pillows weeks before my arrival but they were not in the room during my first 4 night stay. The pillows were in my room during my second stay and I greatly appreciated it. Overall, an excellent stay and I highly recommend this property because of the superb service and value. I would definitely stay again.
