Le Paradise Palace Hotel

Very bad experience. I arrived late, yet still had to wait for my room. When I finally entered, the room smelled bad, the bathroom dustbin was dirty, and worst of all — I found bugs in the bed. I couldn’t sleep the entire night. I paid for a room, but I’ve never seen this level of uncleanliness anywhere else. To make matters worse, in the morning I had to call five times just to get dental kits. Totally unacceptable service. Worst hospitality ever. I will never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The AC was not working properly, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, I found bed bugs in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel standard. The reception staff were very rude and unhelpful when I raised my concerns. To make matters worse, the towels and bed sheets were dirty and clearly not changed before my stay. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pathetic dirty room|No towels provided|Wc broken |Bath tub size for kids i guess, adult cannot take a shower |Bathroom maintenance -0|Ac made sound whole night.|The most exciting part was the bed bugs that gave us company when we tried to sleep|Never ever in my life I've been bitten by bed bugs.|We plan to check out in the morning need to take rest and good sleep but because of this pathetic experience we checked out at 4.30 in the morning and after showing the pictures of bed bugs the receptionist just keep on saying I'll give u another room, how can u expect a guest to stay there for even a minute bcz if your one room has bed bugs than ofcourse your entire hotel room has.|I'm a hotelier too and understand the business, but this is just not acceptable and it's like fooling the sincere guests.|A big NOOOOO for this hotel.|I don't know why and how they're still in the business.|Not demanding a 5 star service but atleast do the basic for the price that a guest is paying.|It's a serious concern whoever is responsible for the management of this hotel need to do a proper job here and wake up please.
