Carefully consider the businesses you choose to work with. This guy sat for over 30 minutes, blocking not one but TWO disabled parking spots. There was ample parking in the lot at the time, and because he clearly was having lunch and not making a delivery, it's not excusable (and even then, you really shouldn't). Used up my entire lunch period hoping to be able to park and unload a wheelchair. Called the company, and they were so flippant about it that it surprised me. I guess it shouldn't have, when these are your drivers. The vendors you interact with reflect on you. Choose better than On Time.

They are always able to service our needs no matter what. Every driver is professional and pleasant to work with. It's always easy to place an order with the office. Orders can be placed on-line or by phone. Ordering with the office is always fast and easy. They are always nice and happy to help!
