I had 2 shipments from them that were a nightmare. Never did find the first one because it was dropped off somewhere else. The picture wasn't my house. The second one a few days later was dropped at a neighbors, I had to drive through the park to find the house that the picture was of and found out that the driver had left then went back and picked up my parcels and reported that they were undeliverable. If he knew he left it at the wrong house, he should have checked the address, and if he had, he would have known he was only 3 doors away. I'm expecting a delivery today and hoping it arrives without a problem. I shouldn't have to call Amazon.
