I had a very positive experience with Paul and his team at Finest Courier. I was in a bind needing a quick delivery from Lake County to Cook County. Paul was quick to help me, and offered a much more affordable rate than other couriers given the distance. My items were safely delivered (earlier than expected) and I was provided a picture of the delivery. I will definitely use this company again.

I needed to have a bike delivered to my daughter's campus as soon as possible and I had no way to have it delivered the assembled bike from the target to her dorm. I made a purchase online in the morning and I contacted Finest Courier Logistics. He was very courteous and walked me step by step what to do. I needed the bike to be delivered around 6pm same day. He assured me that they will have it delivered on time. All I needed was to send the simple email with the pick up place and deliver place. And at 5:45 pm, the company called and said he picked up the bike from the Target and he was on his way. He arrived right on time and met my daughter right front of her dorm. He then called me and told me my daughter picked up the bike with a friend and he even gave me the name of the friend to make sure the right person received the bike. I was so so impressed how easy the whole process was and how professional they were and everything processed exactly they promised.

Loxley saved the day, twice! We needed a part transported from Glendale Heights IL to Louisville KY the same day and then again KY to IL the following day. Communication was seamless, price was very competitive and they picked up and delivered earlier than required. A+++ Highly recommend! Used few more times. Always great!

We've used courier services in the past, but this was by far the BEST and the FASTEST. I paid for delivery service and within 20 minutes of placing the order, Paul was here to pick it up. I made a mistake on the delivery address and Paul called me to verify the street direction. He was very calm and professional after my mistake took him on an unnecessary detour. The communication throughout the process was impeccable. I would definitely use this company again and I would request Paul if he's available.
