Excellent. I had a laptop with vital data that critically overheated. Alarmingly hot to the touch (on one of those super hot days). Did not boot on for 18 hours after overheating episode. Gene was great. Talked me through what to do as it happened and what to expect (and/if recoverable). He was available first thing next morning. Cleaned the vents, checked all the vitals, added a core temperature sensing app, etc., and all for a very reasonable price. Laptop good, data safe, and I can monitor for this issue in the future. Professional, timely, reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I am writing this review on my fully resurrected 2012 Macbook Pro thanks to Metro Computerworks! Super quick turnaround and my laptop is running perfectly again. Instead of buying a new computer I was able to buy more time with my old one! He even replaced the rubber bits on the bottom that keep it from sliding (all but one remained prior to service) which was a thoughtful touch. I'm glad there are places like this because I would have been laughed out of an Apple store with this thing. Thanks again!

Gene was an absolute professional through and through and a pleasure to work with. I had intended to simply upgrade my old computer to my new one, and showed up at his step with a bag full of parts and my tower, and he took it in, got to work, was VERY quick with email responses, and when he pointed out that my motherboard was too big he gave me my options, either a new MB or new case.... I showed back up 2 days later with a Lian Li V3000 plus, a 75 pound behemoth of a case, and, he took it in, and completed the work I made him wait on me, I made bonheaded decisions, made the job twice as hard, and yet, he smiled and got it done. Class act all around, he EARNED that 5 stars The location itself also gets points for being right on the MAX, easy to find, easy to get to Cheers.
