We hired Steve to oversee our email and desktop environment, transitioning us to Microsoft hosting while implementing SharePoint and Teams, and outsourcing support for our main business system users. During this process, he had to address problems with expired SSL certificates, outdated hardware and software, and an insecure, outdated on-site Exchange server. After finalizing the contract, we achieved all key milestones on schedule. The hardware was ordered and delivered, the SSL certificates were reauthorized, the software licenses were activated, and the Exchange migration was completed. This has led to an upgrade to a secure and manageable environment, improving customer support within our organization.
