We signed up with Daniel / Computer Lift a little over a year ago and thank goodness we did! We were having issues that we couldn't figure out (and none of the "techs" we hired to help could either) and were pretty desperate for a REAL tech. Daniel has stayed on top of every issue we've had and responds immediately to our questions or problems. There are still glitches here and there; if Daniel doesn't have the answer at his fingertips he researches it. We have a (VERY) small company, five employees including owners. It's a good feeling to know that even though we're small fish in Daniel's big pond, we are never ignored. His equipment recommendations have been spot-on and we've built up a good network with his help. Words aren't big enough to describe what he's done for our company - if you need the services he provides, don't hesitate. He and his staff are the very best there is.

I had such a great experience with Daniel at Computer Lift! My Macbook died quite suddenly and of course I hadn't backed anything up in over a year. The Apple store couldn't do anything and recommended I take it to Computer Lift. When I called to make an appointment Daniel explained his services and the process so I knew what to expect. He kept me informed with the progress as he worked on recovering my data. In the end he recovered all of my files and charged a very reasonable price.
