InfoMacleod Air was very responsive when I reached out to them. They have sent two professionals that provided quality work and service the moment they entered our home and left the house in pristine conditions. Our WA6 was outdated, the fan had issues and they were able identify the root cause, replace the brand new fan and WA6 unit in a timely manner. I highlight recommend them!
Patricia PetersHeat pump stopped cooling, and my neighbor recommended MacLeod Air. Speaking with Patrick MacLeod, I had a technician the next day. I will add that 2 other companies had been contacted. One company was unfamiliar with my brand of heat pump (and did NOT charge me for the call). The second company insisted I needed a new heat pump at an estimate of $5,580. The technicians with MacLeod Air know my heat pump well, and the problem was solved in about 20 minutes. Cost; just over $200. The air conditioning is working beautifully. I suggest that you make MacLeod Air your first call for HVAC

I had a problem a few weeks later and I reached out to him. I had tripped a breaker and he walked me through it on text after hours. He went beyond the call of duty because it was long after business hours and I desperately needed air conditioning. He saved the day! I highly recommend using their services.
Raphael SammutPatrick was amazing - he helped me solve an issue with my Whalen heat pump in less than 15 minutes. After contacting him, he arrived the next day at 9am. He discovered 2 installation-related wiring issues and was able to get the heat pump operational again. After a very frustrating experience with my builder, Patrick honestly made my day. I highly recommend using Patrick for any issues related to Whalen heat pumps!
