Barbara BockAs with a recent reviewers experience, I too had a good relationship with this company. I found them to be friendly and the work was good. But then, for no apparent reason, they seemed to drop me. I had one of their estimators come and evaluate my home for a new Spacepak cooling system. I never heard from them again. I called several times over several months and left messages. Not once did a live person pick up the phone. There was only ever an answering machine. I emailed them too. They did not respond to any of my messages. This is utterly bizarre behaviour for a company and I can only think that they must be out of business or perhaps close to it. I do NOT recommend you use this company because reliability is crucial to heating and air conditioning systems.
