John Park did a great job today, when he diagnosed a tricky "no heat" issue with our furnace... he took the time to explain the issues in layman's terms. Keep up the great work, Mersey.

John Park came for my new heat pump issue, explained all details very good. Emmanuel spent 4 hours doing a terrific job of duct cleaning at our house. He had another worker with him, who was also very competent. Both workers were very pleasant and friendly, and explained the process very thoroughly. We would gladly hire both of them again.

Shafiq was courteous, showed up in good time and repaired our furnace. I really appreciated him. Mersey can be booked online and on the phone which I appreciate. I have used them before. My only issue is that a part was needed, understandable. Part was available the next day, we we had to wait another day before they could book to come in. I called and asked if they could come earlier. The person on the phone said he would call me back and never did. That’s why they didn’t get the five stars.
