Today I brought my 3 month old poppy Pichu , Golden Retiver to this location. Dr Leonard Stevano was looking after my other dog which I had her a few 18 years ago and that was the first time when I met him back then. He is the most amazing and professional Doctor i ever met. So today with my new puppy he was very gentle and absolutely taking his time to get the proper exam and vaccine done. He is the best vet I belive there is in Ontario or even in Canada. The staffs are extremely gentel and kind and caring. They all came to the front desk 4 of them to welcome and give my new puppy welcoming smile that no where you get that kind of attention.I want to thank all of the staff Rachel and others and of course Dr Stevano . I appreciate the kindness. I do truly believe the pets are not only part of the family actually they are family and when such a great staff and Doctor are such a kind caring and super professional you don't think twice to have them as the vet for your member of the family. Thank you again folks I appreciate for your extremely kindness and great work.
I recently took my bunny's for there yearly exam, I was a new client, my over all experience was not to bad, Dr was nice and answered all my questions, the Staff was friendly and the prices$$ was reasonable. My only concerns were the fact they where 30 to 40 minutes behind schedule so I had to sit and wait. The clinic seemed short staffed as well.
We have only recently been dealing with Bolton Veterinary Hospital in the last year. They are a top notch Vet. Everyone is very professional and care for our Fiona like she was their own. Fiona does get a little stressed going in but they are all patient.
My dog Hudson was a patient of Dr S for almost 8 years, and we also purchased all of our wet and dry food from the clinic. We contacted the clinic to have our dog seen as he was lethargic and not eating. We were told that no one could see us, but thankfully we were referred to North Hill Animal Hospital, where Hudson was seen immediately. His was diagnosed with massive internal bleeding possibly caused by cancer - devastating. He was de compensating quickly and by later in the day he was cold and had difficulty breathing, we made the very difficult decision to have him euthanized, and based on his rapidly declining condition we needed to act quickly. We contact Bolton Veterinary Hospital and were told that no one was available to assist us, clearly they either didn’t care about our situation or couldn’t be bothered to try and help. Thankfully North Hill Animal Hospital recognized the severity of our situation and we were able to bring us in and assist us with Hudson. Sadly our Hudson is gone, and it’s been a week and no one from Bolton Veterinary Hospital has even bothered to follow up, or made any inquiries about him. We are devastated by our loss, but absolutely furious that we were not provided any assistance or even a follow up call, they not only ruined their reputation but they also caused us huge stress and anguish as we navigated this impossible situation. I would not recommend this clinic as they are uncaring and very unprofessional. Do not recommend!!
