This is actually DHL. Very helpful staff and the location is convenient. It was a difficult large package to ship and international. I did not know we would have to unpack and inspect everything so that was time consuming. They also needed an EIN number to ship which was unexpected. However, they were extremely friendly and we helped each other get to the finish line, laughing all the way. The two ladies working there as a team were awesome and helped a ton. Just super friendly. I'm never looking for perfection, just that kind of friendly and professional attitude. If I ever need DHL again, I'll be back.
