These guys are amazing I bought a sofa and wasn't sure if it would fit through my door since it was down the basement. They did whatever needed to be done to make sure my sofa would not have to be sent back. After removing several doors and a railing the sofa was finally in and I was happy. They put all the doors back on and the railing back . Made sure everything was the way I wanted it. So happy with my new sofa and the experience I had with Best Quality Delivery. So impressed with Mario and his team at Best Quality Delivery Service. We had a large residential installation needing an organized, efficient and reliable receiving and installation partner and we found it with Mario, despite never having worked together prior. We worked with him over the course of about 5 months as he received and inspected our furniture and accessories (over 200 items) so that we could perform a full installation of the entire condo in a couple of days. His status reports were timely and organized which gave us the confidence we needed to know the installation was going to go smoothly. And it did - they were such professionals, so careful with the items and respectful of the residence. A couple of challenges he and his team had to navigate was that this was a penthouse condo (elevators, walking...) and working with a remote interior designer (me) from another state - which didn't matter in the least. We finally met during installation and it really was a breeze. Both clients and designer are happy, happy! Thanks, Mario. Hope to work again with you in Baltimore!

We received superior white glove service from this delivery company. The team took extra care parking, unloading and installing all the furnishings. They had to troubleshoot navigating narrow hallways and were very careful with attempts to get the furniture moved into the space. This company goes the extra mile!
