Our company had a last-minute project emergency at 10 a.m. CST, and we needed a document delivered to a Baltimore address by close of business that day. We had the document emailed to the courier by 3 p.m. ET, and they drove it to the location for delivery. Although the office had closed by 4 p.m. ET (who closes at 4 p.m. on a Wednesday?!), the courier stayed at the location, called us, and worked with the building security staff to find someone at the office building who would accept and sign for the package!! Because of their extra efforts, we preserved a >$100k appeal for our client. I would highly recommend this courier to anyone. They will be our preferred vendor going forward!
