I went in to ship books abroad. They told me they need to inspect the books and I wpuod Have to bring my own bubble wrap, foam, tape etc to wrap them. I asked the person at the service counter if they would wrap them as well as I had (They were going to have to intake it all down to inspect the items) and the women did not instill any confidence for me that she would take care in wrapping my books for a long journey abroad. She essentially shrugged and said I dont Know, maybe. To me this is just poor customer service. I briught My books in wrapped to my own standards so they do not get damaged so she can clearly see the level of protection I am Looking for but she didn’t seem to care.

The drop off is always a pleasure. Drivers scheduled to pick up just don't show up. I'm in 1 N Franklin and I leave the office early just so I can walk all the why to drop off our INTERNATIONAL packages. Please. Pickup. When. We. Schedule.

I came to this location on and off for the last few years and the service staff WERE mediocre at best. Recently though the staff has been super helpful and friendly, which makes a huge difference in getting questions answered for some of these tricky international shipments.

The worst delivery service I have ever used. Avoid at all costs if you care about your packages. They will lose it. Also, THE worst customer service ever. It took almost an hour to figure out how to get to talk to someone. I was talking to them in circles for 3 weeks until I just gave up and accepted my package was lost forever. Literally avoid at all costs
