BradCould not be more pleased with the courteous and professional service. My furnace had malfunctioned nearly three weeks before I sought help from Laird & Son so I had already done a deep dive into troubleshooting the issue and had a pretty good idea what the problem was. Ringo, their diagnostics tech rep, arrived on time, was very professional and diagnosed the problem that I had anticipated through my crude lay efforts, using sophisticated diagnostic tools. While I regret having to replace my 17 year old furnace, the quote I received was happily below my expectations and if the installation team is half as good as Ringo was, I will consider myself most fortunate.

The technicians were remarkably friendly and downright joyful all day, a delight to have in the house. Their professionalism, cleanliness, and final work so far exceeded our expectations it was almost funny. The truth is, we called them to reinstall a horrifically botched job by another large and generally well-reviewed company in the neighbourhood. Absolutely everything needed to be redone from scratch, and they didn’t cut a single corner. It was a long day, and by the end of it, our boiler room was unrecognizable. One of the technicians joked about using a level when installing the pipes and I would swear they did. The precision and detail of everything is incredible and when they left you would never know they had been there for how clean it was. After the stressful experience of the first completely unprofessional and incomplete installation, everything Laird and Son did put us at complete ease, and we couldn’t possibly be happier with the end result. A truly incredible experience all around.
