And when we moved to a new place they also replaced our water heater, furnace humidifier, furnace machine. The product was exactly what I was looking for. I had a great experience with Mckinnon Heating and Cooling. I initially dealt with the owner Michael, who was quick to come out to my place to take a look at my furnace and my humidifier. He was helpful in explaining what he thought about the state of my equipment and what he ultimately recommended, a replacement. Michael was quick to answer any questions I had regarding all the equipment that was being replaced in my home and a detailed quote which outlined the scope of work for each unit (furnace and humidifier). The two technicians (Bran and Mike) that had come out to complete the install were very professional and had completed the job in a timely manner. Throughout the entire install process they had answered any questions I had and were quick to fix any small issues or concerns that I had about the system and scope of work. I could not be more pleased with how quickly they completed the work and the attention to detail they had when making sure the systems were properly secured and sealed to place. If anyone is looking for any sort of work for their HVAC systems, I would highly recommend that you choose Mckinnon. They have provided excellent service throughout this entire process! - Alex

I had an excellent experience with Mckinnon heating after discovering a leak in my hot water tank. The response time on a Saturday was quick and the installation team was professional and thorough. Mckinnon's pricing was competitive and included the removal of the old hot water tank and delivery back to the rental company - something my original company wanted to charge a premium for. Mckinnon turned a stressful event into a quick and easy solution. I highly recommend them!
