Copilot Academy has been an absolute joy to work with. They took care of my puppy so well and they taught him so many valuable skills. Before going on walks was a fight and fuss. Now even my 8 year old can walk my Nemi with ease. We have learned so many things as a family with a brand new pup. Madison worked one on one with our puppy and my guy absolutely LOVED seeing her every day! All of the videos we got throughout the entire program you could just see how great their relationship was. Madison was very communicative and gracious when work constrains were an issue. Her love for her job is very obvious through her diligence and patience. I cannot recommend Madison and Copilot Academy enough!

It's never occurred to me until now that I hadn't reviewed this place, so I wanted to drop my honest thoughts. I did a lot of searching for a good place to train, Copilot ended up being the place I chose. The training I've done with these people has been amazing. They work hard to try and accommodate you and your needs. Natalie goes above and beyond from my personal experience with her. They are welcoming and treat the dogs amazingly! I've gotten to have my dog used as a distraction dog, and I can safely say I fully trust them and feel safe even if the dog seems scary or too much for my pup. The board and trains I've seen have turned out so amazing, from scared and anxious to much more confident dogs. Natalie herself has had countless conversations with me over text when I have questions on training, and when I voice, I need more outside training around other dogs she helps set up stuff. This company truly works hard and shows their passion for dogs with each customer. They turned my dog, who had zero interest in training into a driven dog who wants to train daily. We are so happy to have met Ashley at his first initial consultation. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He then met Madison and it was love at first “pup” for Sarge. Sarge quickly gravitated to her and never stopped loving her. Madison was wonderful with Sarge and he loves training with her. Our family really loves Madison and we decided to make Madison Sarge’s fairy Godmother 🩷🩵!!! Thank you Copilot Academy for being the best team.
