The orientation process was very thorough and Mark helped us understand what how the training process would go. I opted for private lessons at my residence during the training. My dog rocket was always thinking he was in charge and we tried everything but found that we were using positive and negative reinforcement and with Mark and his team we were introduced to neutral reinforcement which is freaking amazing! Our dog has improved soooo much! With both sitting where he needs to be and not leaving and even walking on the leash like a pro. I would recommend anyone looking into training for their pup to come here!
