Bronte Pet Resort staff are THE BEST! They are loving and caring, even with my little grumpy old man Xing! They keep me updated and informed about his stay and the pics they share with me show me he is at ease there. He’s a finicky little guy and they adjust to his moods and keep him in line but occupied. I have used Bronte Pet Resort several times since moving back to Oakville and I plan on continuing to do that. My dog is older now and flight travel is too anxiety causing for him, Bronte Pet Resort is the best place for him to be! Thank you All so very much!

My dog adores coming here!! Shes always so excited to see the staff and play right away, which is such a good sign that pup is not anxious to be dropped off. They have plenty of room and are able to move dogs around based on energy and playstyle. Juno comes back tired and feeling great with a happy smile all the time. I’ve boarded her here too and they send photo updates, are great with feeding guidelines and one of the owners is a vet I think so I trust that any emergencies will be ok. I want my pup to get a bit older before I do her spay, so that they’re able to take and manage intact dogs. Which is amazing and very appreciated. They work really hard here and are so great with her. And I love that she gets lots of outside time as many dog boarding kennels and daycares are primarily inside only.

The staff are extremely friendly and love the pets just like us owners. The place is clean and Scotch has always had a fantastic time whether we booked him on a daycare or boarding. The resort is safe with the owner being a vet himself. I recommend Bronte Pet Resort to all pet owners!!

The staff at Bronte Pet Resort are so wonderful. I love how they send pics during the stay . Our Woodle comes home exhausted but so happy !!!! Can’t recommend Bronte Pet Resort enough !!
