GTA Paw Palace

Just picked up my cat from his 5th stay at Cat's Castle over the years, and I am so so happy with their consistent care and dedication. Every worker that I've spoken to there has been knowledgeable, professional, and focused on providing the best care for my cat during his stay. When dropping him off, they are so thorough in asking about his daily requirements for food and health care, it puts my mind at ease. My cat tends to be pretty shy, but they are experts at befriending cats! It warms my heart to see him out and about in the weekly-update photos, and to hear about his antics at pickup :) Big thank you to everyone at Cat's Castle, I am so grateful that my cat has a safe vacation spot :)

I wanted to thank Cats Castle for doing such an amazing job with our beloved cat Joey. It was our first time leaving her and she was awesome when we picked her up a week later. They care and love the cats that stay there and I highly recommend this establishment.

Well Well ,I have a story to tell about the scam the cats castle try to pull on me So , last Friday aug 22, I dropped of my beautiful guy at the cats castle until September 7 / 2025 On August 26 Tuesdays the cats castle call and said they tried to email but had the wrong email, to tell me that my cat is not eating much and he needs to see a vet ? I told them he is miss us , and he will eat when he is ready They sent me an email on Wednesday saying the same thing Then Thursday they called again , and say he need to see a vet ( he was at the vet the week before and got a bill of health) So, we had to cut our vacation short . we had to leave ,drive 26 hours rotating the drive so , we could get back today to get him, I gave him a wet food and it was gone by the time I got home, he looks and seems fine, I wish my family and friends call them and complain For ruining my vacation Was supposed to be Aug 22- Sept 7 I am so upset, and worried But glad he is , ok I have a video of a empty can of wet food I put in his carrier when we left the place
