Updating my previous 5 star review. I have bought 3 computers from them in the past. Recently one of them started crashing on start up, brought it in and their fix was simply reloading windows, they said everything else was fine. A few weeks later the computer started having the same issue. It is an office computer used for checking email and word, nothing else. I brought it in, just wanting to donate/recycle it they tried to charge 200$ to get the files off! I explained i had recently paid them to fix the problem it’s having. They proceeded to blame me, amd refused to help what was a very loyal customer. Eric, one of the owners, was the rudest business associate ive ever encountered! Completely unacceptable. Avoid this small business!!

Good labor rate for repairs, fast and wonderful communication. Came in for a solder repair on for machine controller. They were clear with me on price, repair method and time, and got it done really fast. Granted it was a simple job, but they did stellar work
