I never write reviews—but this experience was that bad. I paid for a premium courier service for an urgent, time-sensitive court filing, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. After they completed the delivery, it was like pulling teeth just to get a basic confirmation. I repeatedly asked them to send over a simple photo of the stamped filing—not a scan, not a complicated process—just a phone picture—which I needed for a critical court appearance. They refused. Their communication was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. At one point, their tone was so disrespectful it bordered on combative. For a company advertising themselves as reliable for sensitive legal filings, this was a total failure. If your documents are important or time-sensitive, avoid them at all costs. They are a liability, not a service.
