In September 2023, Anthony and Sylvan began installing our salt water plaster pool and hot tub. The team members were competent, reliable, and trustworthy. It has been a pleasure working with Anthony and Sylvan from the start to the finish. Beginning with Tom's ideas for an extremely difficult backyard footprint, with many restrictions, and continuing through the construction process, Al and Vicky made sure the subcontractors completed each step in a way that represented our aspirations. In support, Chloe consistently answered our calls and communicated throughout the process. Despite a few unexpected challenges along the way, the team maintained professionalism and patience with our inquiries and conversations, even in the face of a few unforeseen obstacles. During the completion phase, Vicky, Al, and Ben addressed the punch list items demonstrating service beyond the original sale. Since a picture speaks a thousand words, the finished images perfectly capture our feelings on Anthony and Sylvan's project.

We had the pleasure of working with the Anthony & Sylvan Ashland group to design and install our pool. We had a steep slope & easements to work around and they delivered a very pleasing design (thank you Fuller R.) that accentuates the beauty of our backyard now. As with any construction, there are always issues to address along the way, and this team did an excellent job responding immediately, communicating effectively, and making sure that their high standards were always met. Vicky B is a true asset to A&S, as she is a strong leader, and Fuller R was dedicated & fun to work with! Thank you also to project managers Al & Austin who were very informative along the way. Fantastic experience working with the Anthony Sylvan team. From the initial design meeting with Deron through the construction process we found them professional, timely and efficient. We had an ambitious goal of having the project completed by Labor Day and the entire team and subcontractors worked tirelessly and were able to meet that goal with unavoidable weather delays. Al and Ben were responsive and able efficient project managers. Chloe was and continues to be extremely responsive with addressing inevitable pop up issues during a project this size. The subcontractors were hardworking and extremely efficient and professional completing their respective responsibilities. Overall a wonderful experience working with the AS team to complete our dream oasis.
