Tommie has always been helpful in keeping our pool in tip top shape. His technicians came to look at our Hayward heater that was not working. Steven was quickly able to diagnose and fix the problem. The guys are always professional and honest. Thank you for your excellent service.
Twice they charged a $250 service call and disappointed. First time, was to provide a solution for power for hot tub. They said they would research and purchase adapter. Called for months and they were always researching. 6 months later, I still haven’t heard from them. Recently had them suggest a solution to repair leak on pump, paid nearly $1000 and they left system was leaking in areas it wasn’t leaking before and leaking worse than before and the new solution was going to be $2000. When I tried to discuss, the son who is now the owner was disrespectful, uncaring and accusatory. The type of mechanical service you fear. Stay away.
