James MillerTwice they charged a $250 service call and disappointed. First time, was to provide a solution for power for hot tub. They said they would research and purchase adapter. Called for months and they were always researching. 6 months later, I still haven’t heard from them. Recently had them suggest a solution to repair leak on pump, paid nearly $1000 and they left system was leaking in areas it wasn’t leaking before and leaking worse than before and the new solution was going to be $2000. When I tried to discuss, the son who is now the owner was disrespectful, uncaring and accusatory. The type of mechanical service you fear. Stay away.
