Premier Pools and Spas

Overall we had a very good experience with Premier Pools and Spas. The team is friendly and accommodating. Any project of this size is going to have surprises or problems during construction and we were no exception. What was important to me is that they address them in a quick and painless manner, and they always did. We are into our third year of use and the pool has been great with no issues. The team continues to check in on us to make sure things are going well. I have recommended them to several people and will definitely continue to do so.

Betsy, Logan, Beau and the rest of the Premier team did an amazing job brining our vision to life. We had no idea what to expect with a construction project of this size and with their guidance and the work of their amazing subcontractors, we got exactly what we wanted and more! The project is beyond our expectations and we had the most amazing summer enjoying our own home oasis. They cover all the details with "pool school" and are readily available to answer any questions post construction to ensure the best experience possible. We're looking forward to spending many Fall and Winter evenings in the spa and we're counting the days until it's time to open the pool for another fun filled Spring and Summer with family and friends.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Premier Pools. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. The pool is absolutely beautiful—better than we even imagined. Trey was phenomenal throughout the entire process. He took the time to create detailed visuals recreating our actual house and landscaping, which was incredibly helpful since I have a hard time visualizing. He even drove all the way out to Earlysville to bring us stone samples in person. His communication, patience, and design eye made a huge difference, and he was a true pleasure to work with. He always went above and beyond! Beau did a fantastic job managing the project—everything stayed on track and we always felt informed and supported. Randy and his crew brought the design to life with such skill and care. Junior and the stone crew were meticulous craftsmen. I was truly in awe of their attention to detail and the quality of their work. Everyone we interacted with was so kind, respectful, and professional. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend this team without hesitation!
