RPM was a joy to rent from! The property was in excellent condition when we moved in. They handled any maintenance requests immediately and were always professional and friendly. They never dropped in unannounced—everything was scheduled well in advance, which we really appreciated. When moving out, I pulled out all the stops to return the property as close to the condition we received it in, and they acknowledged our efforts (some companies don’t!). They were very fair with the move-out costs—we received about 90–95% of our deposit back. I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for an honest, professional, friendly, fast, and caring team who not only looks out for the property owner but also treats renters with respect. My family and I had a house fire and needed temporary housing during the rebuilding process. We found a property managed by RPM, explained the circumstances to them and they quickly were able to get us approved to move in. While at the rental property, any maintenance request or questions, although they were few were quickly resolved. The staff are professional, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend RPM!!!
