I’ve been coming to the YMCA for fitness and wellness, but I’m genuinely disappointed in what’s being promoted at the front desk. Instead of supporting a healthy lifestyle, I consistently see cupcakes, cookies, and other sugary snacks being sold,right at the entrance of a gym. It feels completely counter to the mission of promoting health and wellness. Members pay to improve their physical health, and the offerings should reflect that. Where are the protein bars, healthy snacks, sports drinks, or even just water? This sends a mixed message and undermines the purpose of why many of us are here. YMCA, I hope you’ll reconsider what’s placed front and center in your facility. Promote products that align with the goals of your members who are trying to make healthier choices.

Welcoming & Clean facility. Well decorated. Friendly and helpful staff both at the desk and in the fitness center. Free membership for 7th graders. Programs/activities for all ages. Family movie night, game night and book shelf/library to read, borrow and donate. Pleanty of parking in lot.

Been coming to this Y for a few months now. The group fitness classes are great, especially yoga with Lisa. The front desk worker Nicole is also great!

Pretty good local gym at a fair cost. Always clean, quiet and never crowded. It’s a good option for a quick workout.
