Honestly what is there not to love about Orange Theory! I decided to take the Hell Week challenge and it was awesome! Tarun, Kerri and all of the front desk staff are totally amazing! They are super friendly and helpful! I was treated like Orange Theory family! I can’t tell you how much I appreciated Chris and Christina! They are so encouraging and motivating! The energy in the classes was just awesome! Not only do they encourage you but they also make sure you have proper form ensuring that you get the most out of your work out . The class definitely challenged and encouraged me to practice and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend!!
