My friend and I visited a bit later in the evening so we got to enjoy the nice silence after the rush ended. She needed a few items and it was super easy to find them, though we couldn’t find a good scale but we weren’t upset as we understood that Zehrs might just not be that general of a store. Got to use PC Optimum for extra discounts and overall was a wonderful experience after a long day at work.

I've been shopping at this grocery store for a few months now, and it's consistently a pleasant experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a good selection of fresh produce, pantry items, and household goods. The staff is friendly and usually quick to help if I need something. Although some items can be slightly more expensive than other places. I’d love to see more local or organic options in the future. Overall, a reliable spot for weekly shopping.

Please train staff regarding customer green boxes. Last two times I’ve been in I’ve been asked if my green bins are new. They are old. The first person said ‘well they look new’. There was cat hair and some dirt in them. Then she said I had to have orange tags on them. I’ve bought tons of green bins and never had an orange tag. They must be new tags to determine if they’re previously purchased. Next time I go in with the tags the previous clerk put on mine. The cashier now says: are these new bins? I’d like to come in and not be accused of stealing bins . Educate your staff that some customers likely have bins that are not tagged since the tags were not around the entire time bins have been for sale. Also train staff what the orange tags on them actually mean. So frustrating! And please- they need some common sense not to be commenting they look new and insinuating I’m trying to steal what I’ve already bought.

Employee are so friendly and kind! And after renovation new digital information on the frozen door. Also price point too. It's so cool! I never seen before in Canada any stores. If some stuff is sold out then picture is brank. Don't need open the door. Awesome!!!
