Fantastic community! Interesting that I just found out it's started in 1957 and it has a fantastic mural. I've been in the area for several years so next time I go to the area I'm definitely going to get more pictures. But unfortunately the original places such as big John's subs is gone.

Belmont Village BIA allows salt to be over used as snow removal. It’s unfortunate that the businesses don’t take a stand and ask for better stewardship of our environment and ground water. Yes this is before a pending storm, but if the storm doesn’t come this will be left for rain to wash into our water systems. Shame.

Fantastic area of the city! Belmont Village has a number of great small businesses. There’s ample free city parking too!
