We recently moved into our apt with Nexus a few weeks ago and it as a smooth process! We were able to get settled in and we noticed a few things that needed a second look at and were able to get connect to Anibal! He was communicative with giving me a day and time he was going to come in to check out the service request, he was punctual. Anibal was also very friendly and he took the time to explain to my partner and I the work he was going to do and told my partner step by step. He even provided updates for the service order with videos and details which we found super helpful. He was very meticulous with the work he was doing and took his time which we appreciated.
