Apartment was in very poor condition upon move in. Broken couch, broken table, apartment walls were not painted (primer only) we did not occupy the first month while this was being fixed. We needed to exit the lease 1 month early, which 3 different employees of the company said was no problem. We cleaned the apartment better than they could and let them have an open house a week prior to the month ending and the were able to get a client for the following month. Even still, they charged us $800 for exiting which was a lease clause we were unaware of. No mention through any conversations just deducted, non negotiable even though we did their job for them and they had zero loss as a result of the change.
