Had a terrible experience with an agent named Katie Adams. Extremely unprofessional. Asked for a letter from our bank only to ignore our offer.(Our offer was very reasonable) Our realtor has been in the business for over 20 years and had never seen such unprofessionalism. We eventually withdrew our offer as they obviously were wasting our time. We gave them a deadline to get a response back or we would withdraw our offer and haven’t even heard anything back! We will be buying something else. Edit: I never said the rules weren’t followed but the least she can do is give a response before the deadline. Completely ignoring a reasonable offer is obviously legal but unethical.
